Bio
With 20 years of dance experience across 21 countries, Ruana has dedicated herself to specializing in Brazilian Zouk and Lambada. Since 2020, she has served as one of the directors at the Brazilian Zouk Dance Council, acted as a judge, and competed in the Champion category, winning the title in 2022. She also judged at the Zouk Open in São Paulo the same year. Since 2017, she has been a teacher in the MAC project in Paris and will teach at the Zouk Soul Flow Teacher Training in Bali in 2024.
Ruana is renowned for fostering community growth and for pioneering a successful solo career as a female artist. She is noted for her versatility as both a follower and a leader, adeptness in various styles, improvisation, refined technique, practical teaching approach, and captivating energy!
