Denver School of Social Dance
As we prepare for our next cycle of progressive classes, we're holding a practica with assessments for current or interested students.Thursday May 30th, 7-10pmYou can come just for the Practica or for the Practica and an Assessment.If you decide to do the Assessment, here's how it works:
- The Assessments will be done simultaneously with the practica in another classroom
- We'll call the people who want to be assessed in the order of when you've arrived and checked in. Each person will dance with one of our instructors; demonstrating the moves outlined in our curriculum.
- At the end of the dances you'll receive verbal feedback on what you are doing well and what you can improve on, as well as which upcoming classes you can sign up for.Why would I need an assessment?
-You want to take 200 classes without taking 100
-You want to test into Head Movement
-You want to understand the gaps in your learning
